割音声信号のそれぞれを、前記音声信号処理回路
が2回ずつ採取して合成することにより前記音声
信号の周波数の1/2の周波数を有する第1の変
換音声信号を作り、また前記隔波長の分割音声信
号の内特定のものを2回以上その他のものは2回
ずつ、或いは前記隔波長の分割音声信号の内特定
のものを1回その他のものを2回ずつ採取して合
成することにより、前記第1の変換音声信号は前
記音声信号の1/2の周波数を基準としてその下
或いは上に音程調整が可能であるようにし、更に
前記サンプリング回路が前記音声信号の1波長を
サンプリングして得た分割音声信号を、前記音声
信号処理回路が一つおきに採取し合成して2波長
の第2の変換音声信号を作ることを前記音声信号
