しめ、前記弾性環状体を包囲してデイスタンスブ
ラケツトの側面に延伸するバンドを設け、該バン
ドの両端部にはそれぞれ幅広部を形成するととも
に、該幅広部を嵌合する凹部を前記デイスタンス
ブラケツトに形成し、かつ、アツパークランプを
貫通してデイスタンスブラケツトを通過する締付
けボルト、および締付けボルトに螺合してアツパ
ークランプに形成された長孔に係合する回り止め
部材を介し、アツパークランプをデイスタンスブ
ラケツトに締め付けるとともに、デイスタンスブ
ラケツトをアツパークランプに対し上下方向へ摺
