Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the watertightness by connecting a synthetic resin cap with a high voltage wire integrally, and providing an elastic rubber to shield watertight inside and outside a tower. The tower 5 is formed of a synthetic resin material of polypropylene, epoxy, or the like, and an adhesive ring 9 of a soft elastic rubber such as silicon rubber or oil-including rubber is furnished on the top.
