却流体の吐出装置とからなる食品鮮度保持処理装
置において、前記冷却流体の吐出装置が食品貯槽
底面と近接し、その底面と平行な面内に配置され
るとともに、その底面と対向する側面に形成され
た１個の吐出口を有することを特徴とする食品鮮
度保持処理装置。 (2) 前記吐出装置が前記循環装置と着脱自在の
接続手段によつて接続されていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の食品鮮度
