ールの掃除装置の一実施例を示した図で、それぞ
れ側面図と正面図である。第３図ないし第５図は
、この実施例装置に組込まれているカセツトを示
す図で、第３図は、その要部断面の平面図、第４
図は、第３図のＺ―Ｚ矢視の断面図、第５図は、
第３図の左側面図である。第６図は、この考案の
警報手段の要部断面の正面図、第７図は、カセツ
トの装着作業を示す図である。また第８図は、カ
セツトの別の実施例を示す要部断面の正面図であ
る。 図面中の符号の説明、１〜５：搬送ロール、６
：クリーナ、７：クリーナ供給手段、９：クリー
ナ引取手段、１４：カセツト、１８：エヤーシリ
ンダ、２１：掃除ヘツド、２３：移動手段、５２
：警報手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シート搬送ロールの表面に付着した付着物
    を接触して除去するクリーナと該クリーナの供給
    手段と該クリーナの供給手段を前記シート搬送ロ
    ール表面に圧接する圧接手段と前記クリーナを引
    取る引取手段とを備えた掃除ヘツドと、該掃除ヘ
    ツドを前記シート搬送ロールの長手方向に移動さ
    せる移動手段とからなるシート搬送ロールの掃除
    装置において、 前記クリーナと、前記クリーナの供給手段と、
    前記クリーナの引取手段とを一体とすることによ
    り前記掃除ヘツドから着脱自在なカセツトとする
    と共に、前記クリーナの供給手段のクリーナ残量
    を予め知らせる警報手段を設けたことを特徴とす
    るシート搬送ロールの掃除装置。 (2) クリーナは、単糸繊度０．００００１〜０
    ．５デニールの極細繊維束を主体とした編織物ま
    たは不織布であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
