Claims (1)
- 絶縁性の基板でなるスライダにフオトリソグラ
フイ法により形成されたヘツド素子を備えた薄膜
磁気ヘツドにおいて、互いの間にギヤツプを形成
する上部磁極コアと下部磁極コアで挾まれた領域
内であつて巻線コイルを挾み前記上部、下部磁極
コアにそれぞれ沿つて形成された超電導体層を備
えてなることを特徴とする薄膜磁気ヘツド。
