Abstract

制御手段と、手動操作部により設定された焼成ケース側
のパン製造工程を進行させる運転設定手段とを具備した
ものである。

て手動操作部11aが操作されていると判定すれば、ス
テップ24で温度センサ8b側の温度信号入力に切替え
る。ステップ23で手動操作部11bが操作されていな
いと判定すれば、ステップ21に戻る。ステップ22あ
るいは24で入力温度信号を決定した後、制御手段12
はその温度信号を入力しくステップ26)、その温度信
号にもとづいて混線工程、発酵工程、焼成工程(ステッ
プ26〜2日)を制御する。なお、ステップ21で手動
操作部111Lが操作されていると判定すれば、温度セ
ンサ8a側に切替えてしまうが、手動操作部11bが操
作されていても焼成ケース3a側の温度情報によp焼成
ケース3b側をみなし運転するため問題を発生すること
はない。
