Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of mycelial pellet with sundry germs, by filling a soft vessel with a mushroom medium and clamping and sealing the mouth of the vessel with a specific clamping means. CONSTITUTION:A mushroom medium 3 is filled in a soft vessel B. The soft vessel B is put into a hard vessel A. The mouth of the soft vessel B is squeezed and inserted into a bag-squeezing port 2 opened on the hard vessel A. Since the mouth part of the soft vessel is narrowed and bent in the above structure, the intrusion of sundry germs by the ventilation during the culture period of the spawn can be prevented.

(Technical Background of the Invention and Prior Art) Generally, when inoculating a mushroom culture medium with a seed fungus and spreading mushroom mycelium to obtain a mushroom mycelial mass, great care and expense are taken to prevent the mushroom culture medium from being contaminated with various bacteria. need to pay.

The following two are the most common causes of contamination of mushroom culture media after sterilization. That is, one of them is bacterial contamination due to opening of the container for culturing the mushroom mycelia mass during seed inoculation. Another problem is bacterial contamination due to aeration during the culture of the seed culture.

Conventional containers for culturing mushroom mycelium include those that use hard containers such as bottles, and those that use soft containers such as plastic bags. The biggest drawback of the former is the inconvenience of taking in and out the mushroom culture medium, and the biggest drawback of the latter is the inconvenience of handling. However, this problem has been solved by devising a container for culturing mushroom mycelial masses in which a soft container is housed within a hard container. However, this container for culturing mushroom mycelial masses has the following problems. In other words, 1. Bacterial contamination caused by opening the mushroom mycelium culture container during inoculation is not considered. 2. A filter must be provided at the opening to prevent bacterial contamination due to ventilation.

[Means for solving the problem] As a result of various studies in view of the above-mentioned points, the present inventor has found that, apart from when inoculation is performed in a completely sterile room, in other cases, the inoculation is carried out vertically to the mushroom culture medium. We have come to the conclusion that it is not possible to prevent bacterial contamination due to opening of containers for culturing mushroom mycelial masses. In order to solve this problem, we learned that the above problem could be solved by not inoculating the inoculum vertically into the mushroom culture medium, and by narrowing the passage.
The present invention was completed based on this knowledge.

That is, the mushroom mycelium mass culturing container according to the present invention consists of a hard container A and a soft container B filled with a mushroom culture medium:
This is characterized in that a soft container B housed in a hard container A is taken out from a bag opening 2 provided on the side wall of the hard container A with its mouth 1 squeezed.

Next, the configuration of the present invention will be explained in detail. The mushroom mycelium culture container according to the present invention consists of a hard container A and a soft container B filled with a mushroom culture medium 3. The mushroom mycelium culture container according to the present invention, like the conventional mushroom mycelium culture container, needs to withstand heating during sterilization of the filled mushroom culture medium 3. Needless to say, heat resistance is required.

The hard container A is made of, for example, polypropylene resin. A bag opening 2 is provided on the side wall of the hard container A, and the bag opening 2 is connected to the mushroom culture medium 3 filled in the soft container B.
It is preferable to provide it at a position slightly above the upper surface for the following reason. If the bag opening 2 is located too far above the top surface of the mushroom culture medium 3, the effect of preventing bacterial contamination will be reduced. In other words, the higher the bag opening 2 is above the hard container A, the more the inoculum will be inoculated into the mushroom culture medium 3 in a vertical direction. On the other hand, the bag opening 2 is the mushroom medium 3.
If it is too far below the top surface, it will be difficult to inoculate the inoculum,
Further, the air permeability thereafter deteriorates. Note that this bag squeeze opening 2 may be provided as an independent hole in the side wall of the hard container, or
Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the holes may be cut together.

The soft container B is housed within the hard container A described above, and is made of, for example, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, or the like. This soft container B is not limited to a bag-like one, but may be a wrapping cloth-like one. The soft container B is filled with mushroom culture medium 3. The mushroom culture medium 3 is not filled into the soft container B-cup, but is filled to about 2/3 to 1/2. This mushroom medium 3
The mouth portion 1 that does not contain the bag is taken out from the bag opening 2 provided on the side wall of the hard container A described above.

Although the present invention can achieve the intended purpose by adopting the above-described configuration, a more excellent container for culturing mushroom mycelial masses can be obtained by adopting the following additional requirements. For example, if a bag squeeze ring 4 is provided at the base of the mouth 1 of the soft container B filled with the mushroom culture medium 3, the ventilation path of the soft container B inside the hard container A can be narrowed.
The effect of preventing bacterial contamination can be enhanced. The material of the bag diaphragm ring 4 is not particularly limited, and may be made of metal, plastic, or rubber.

Furthermore, a hook portion 5 may be provided on the side wall of the hard container A, protruding in the shape of a hook laterally or downwardly from the bag squeeze opening 2.

This narrows the ventilation path of the mouth part 1 of the soft container B outside the hard container A, and can enhance the effect of preventing bacterial contamination. Note that this hook portion 5 can be made integrally with the hard container A.

Furthermore, if the mushroom medium 3 is covered with a thin medium layer (not shown) made of a material that the seed hyphae can ingest, the seed fungi that have fallen onto this thin medium layer can be propagated laterally at once. can. The thin culture medium layer is composed of, for example, a plate or a thin plate. If necessary, nutrients preferred by mycelia may be absorbed or coated on them.

Example 1 A mushroom culture medium consisting of sawdust and rice bran containing 800 cc was stuffed into a polypropylene bag (inner volume: 1200 cc), the mouth of the bag was passed through a bag squeeze ring, and then the side wall of a heat-resistant beaker-shaped container (inner volume: 1200 cc) was packed. The bag was passed through a bag opening, sterilized in a conventional manner, and allowed to cool. Next, inoculum of Cinderaceae and Enokitake were inoculated from the mouth of the bag placed horizontally, and cultured for a certain period of time to obtain 100 bags each of mycelia masses in which each inoculum was spread.

The starter inserted through the mouth of the soft container always rolls or moves laterally before it lands on the mushroom culture medium 3, so the bacteria attached to the starter and the bacteria floating in the air However, the mushrooms adhere to the surface of the soft container 8, which is devoid of nutrients, and fall behind in the race to reach the mushroom medium 3. Therefore, many of the bacteria no longer have any effect on the seed bacteria that have already landed in the form of mycelia. In addition, since the ventilation path is narrow and curved, bacteria can
Even if the bacteria enter through the opening 1 of the soft container B, the bacteria will adhere to the inner surface of the soft container B and die before reaching the mushroom culture medium 3.

Since the present invention adopts the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained. That is, since the mushroom mycelium mass culture container according to the present invention does not allow the seed fungus to fall vertically to the mushroom culture medium, regardless of the opening of the mouth of the soft container during inoculation,
The mushroom culture medium will not be contaminated with bacteria. Furthermore, since the ventilation path at the mouth of the soft container is narrow and curved, there is little risk of bacterial contamination due to ventilation during the culture of the seed culture, even without a filter.
