ある。 １はロータ、３は回転軸、５は永久磁石、１０
は固定子鉄心、１２は基台、２３は磁気検出器、
３１は凹所、３２は凸部、３３は突部、３４は凹
部、Ｓはステータ部である。

Claims (1)
- 周方向に等間隔にＮ極、Ｓ極を交互に着磁した
永久磁石を内周面に設けたロータと、複数の磁極
部の先端が形成する外周面が上記永久磁石の内周
面と小空隙を介して対向して配設された固定子鉄
心からなるステータ部と、内周部で上記ロータの
回転軸を回転自在に軸支し、外側部で上記ステー
タ部を軸方向に沿つて挿入装着した基台と、上記
永久磁石の回転位置を検出する磁気検出器とを備
えたブラシレスモータにおいて、ステータ部の内
周部に軸方向に沿つて凹所を形成すると共に、基
台と対面するステータ部の一面に凸部を形成し、
ステータ部の凹所に軸方向に挿入しステータ部を
基台の周方向に回転させたときに凹所よりステー
タ部の他面側に抜けて該他面を弾接する突部を基
台の一側部の外周部に設け、該突部がステータ部
の他面に弾接したときにステータ部の凸部が嵌ま
り込む凹部を基台に設けて成ることを特徴とする
ブラシレスモータ。
