イオードD2を介して出力する充電回路1と、充
電用電圧Vzにより常時、充電される小形の二次
電池2と、直流電圧Viが許容範囲以下に低下し
たことを検出して直流電圧Viの負荷への供給を
遮断する電源監視回路3と、直流電圧Viの負荷
への供給が遮断されたとき、二次電池2の電圧を
負荷に供給するダイオードD1とをパツクしてな
る充電機能付き二次電池パツケージ。 (3) 更にメモリMをモジユール化した実用新案
登録請求の範囲第1項、第2項のいずれかに記載
の充電機能付き二次電池パツケージ。 (4) 充電用電圧Vzが、直流電圧Viを抵抗R
