Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 加熱筒の基部を射出装置のハウジングに固定
し、該加熱筒内孔に通じる原料供給口に原料を圧
送するための原料供給プランジヤと原料供給シリ
ンダを備えた圧力ホツパ装置を設けた射出成形機
において、該原料供給口の形状を加熱筒の中心軸
と直交する断面における該原料供給口の上部の巾
を加熱筒内孔より大きくし原料供給口の底部から
上部に扇形を含む形状とし、該原料供給シリンダ
の内径を加熱筒の該原料供給口上部の巾と一致も
しくは僅かに小さくさせた圧力ホツパ装置を備え
たことを特徴とする射出成形機。 ２ 加熱筒の基部をジヨイントフレームに固定し
且つ該ジヨイントフレームを射出装置のハウジン
グに固定した第１項記載の射出成形機。 ３ 圧力ホツパ装置の原料供給プランジヤの先端
部に供給圧力を検知・出力する圧力センサを設け
るとともに、該圧力センサからの出力があらかじ
め設定した上限または下限の値になつた場合には
所定の電気信号を発する上・下限設定機能付圧力
表示器を設けた第１項又は第２項記載の射出成形
機。
