Claims (1)
- 少なくとも一方の面に導電性接着層が形成され
た導電性箔状部材を太陽電池素子に貼着し、前記
導電性箔状部材を前記太陽電池素子の起電力取り
出し用端子としたことを特徴とする太陽電池素子
の端子構造。
