Claims (1)
- 上向きに開口した煮沸槽を有した本体と、この
本体に設けた昇降手段と、前記煮沸槽の上方に昇
降移動可能に設けられ基端を前記昇降手段に固定
し先端に篭を保持する篭受部を形成した篭ホルダ
とを備えた茹麺機において、前記昇降手段と前記
篭ホルダの間に、前記篭ホルダを基端を中心に上
向き回動自在に支持した回動手段を設けたことを
特徴とする茹麺機。
