Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the miniaturization of a device performable by constituting a balancer in mass of double of the specified value of a table so as to be moved in the reverse direction to the table at an inverse multiple over the specified value of travel speed of the table as synchronously with the table. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 70 is rotated and a ball screw 10 is rotated, a ball nut 20 is moved to left and right in accordance with the rotational direction and speed and a table 50 being connected to this ball nut is moved as well. At this time, since the right side of the ball screw 10 is threaded at a pitch of 1/N in reverse to the left side, a balancer 60 to be connected to a ball nut 30 is moved at a speed of 1/N in the opposite direction to the table 50. On the other hand, since each mass of the table 50 and the balancer 60 is 1:N, a reaction to be produced when the table 50 moves is nullified and no force is given to any one excepting a flange 80. Consequently, a moving quantity of the balancer 60 is good enough at the 1/N so that miniaturization for a device can be done, and thus a setup area is savable.
