し摩砕して生産粒状体とし、この生産粒状体を上
向きの流体流れによつて前記処理筒外に導出する
摩砕粉砕機の後段に、前記生産粒状体の所要粒度
範囲の最大径以上のものを捕捉する第１捕捉機を
接続し、この第１捕捉機の後段に前記所要粒度範
囲の最小粒径以上のものを捕捉する第２捕捉機を
接続し、さらに、この第２捕捉機の後段には集塵
機を接続し、かつ、前記第１捕捉機の捕捉生産粒
状体を前記摩砕粉砕機に送り込むようにしたこと
