Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エンジンＥの可動部分に潤滑油を圧送する潤
滑油圧送ポンプ２を利用してオイルパン３内の潤
滑油をエンジン本体４外に排出するように構成し
たエンジンの圧送式潤滑装置において、 潤滑油圧送ポンプ２からオイルパン３内に連出
した潤滑油吸入管１０の先端部に吸込口部材１１
を装着し、この吸込口部材１１の底部と上部とに
オイル吸込口１５，１６をそれぞれ形成し、上側
吸込口１６に上から対応させてフロート１２を配
置するとともに、下側吸込口１５に下から対応さ
せて弁板１７を配置し、フロート１２と弁板１７
とを連結ロツド１８で一体に連結し、オイルパン
３内の潤滑油量によつて潤滑油圧送ポンプ２に連
通する吸込口１５，１６を切換使用可能に構成し
たことを特徴とするエンジンの圧送式潤滑装置の
潤滑油吸込装置。 ２ エンジンＥの可動部分に潤滑油を圧送する潤
滑油圧送ポンプを２利用してオイルパン３内の潤
滑油をエンジン本体４外に排出するように構成し
たエンジンの圧送式潤滑装置において、 潤滑油圧送ポンプ２からオイルパン３内に連出
した潤滑油吸入管１０の先端部に吸込口部材１１
を昇降摺動可能に装着し、この吸込口部材１１の
下端部に吸込口２０を開口するとともに、吸込口
部材１１の上部にフロート１２を形成し、オイル
パン３内の潤滑油量によつて潤滑油圧送ポンプ２
に連通する吸込口２０のオイルパン３内での開口
位置を昇降調整可能に構成したことを特徴とする
エンジンの圧送式潤滑装置の潤滑油吸込装置。
