Claims (1)
- 片側が固定端で反対側が自由端となつている平
板状のプレート部材と、該プレート部材の上面を
彫り込んで設けた真空吸着孔と、該真空吸着孔と
前記プレート部材の固定端の外部とをつなぐ前記
プレート部材の内部を貫通して設けた管路と、該
管路に接続された真空スイツチと、前記プレート
部材の自由端の先端部分からプレート部材の進行
方向と上昇方向に光軸を向けプレート部材の内部
を貫通して設置した反射形光フアイバセンサの光
フアイバ部と、前記プレート部材の外部に設けた
反射形光フアイバセンサのセンサ部とを含むこと
を特徴とするウエハ搬送プレート。
