本発明は、溶湯を鋳型に供給する流路の途中に弁を設け
、鋳型から保持炉への溶湯の逆流を防止した低圧鋳造装
置の弁や、多数の鋳型に順次注湯する傾斜注湯鋳造装置
に設けた弁の弁体の形状に関するものであって、同時に
溶湯鍛造の効果をも有する弁体の形状に関するものであ

前記のように、鋳型の湯口前に弁を設け、この弁で溶湯

(発明の効果)
本発明の鋳造装置は、溶湯の流路に設けられた弁の弁体

弁として使用すれば好適であり、弁体の向きを変えて溶
湯鍛造装置として使用して絶大な効果があり、さらに、
低圧鋳造装置の溶湯の遮断弁として使用できるとともに
溶湯鍛造装置としても使用できて、低圧鋳造装置と溶湯
鍛造装置とに共用できるという他にない絶妙な効果があ
って、本発明は産業の発達に寄与するところ極めて大な
