考案の解決しようとする問題点 地下構造物をセグメントの組立、例えば鋼製の
プレハブパネルの組立によつて構成する場合漏水
防止、気密性保持のため防水シールをパネル部材
間に介在させ、これらをボルト・ナツト等の締結
具により圧接して接合している。ところで一般に
使用されている防水シール材は完全弾性体ではな
いので時間経過とともに、ボルト・ナツトに弛み
が生ずる恐れがある。特にボルトが多い場合防水
シール材を同時にあるいは均一に締付けるとは困
難であり、また防水シール材は締付後ゆつくりと
流動することもあるのでボルトの弛みを止めるに
は時間をおいて数回締め直しを行つて安定させて
いるのが現状である。またこの場合往々にして防
水シール材を締め付けすぎる結果となり、時には
防水シール材がはみ出てしまうこともある。

密性を有する可撓性の帯状材からなる。
