- 第１の反射鏡と、前記第１の反射鏡を保持する
２自由度の第１の回転調整手段と、光軸上前記第
１の反射鏡の後方に配置された第２の反射鏡と、
前記第２の反射鏡の反射面上に２本の回転軸をも
つ第２の回転調整手段と、前記第２の回転調整手
段を載置し移動、固定する位置決め手段と、前記
位置決め手段上に載置された第１の光スポツト位
置検出手段と、光軸上さらに後方に配置された第
２の光スポツト位置検出手段とを含むことを特徴
とする光軸合わせ機構。
