Claims (1)
- 丸棒鋼の軸長方向の同一断面に垂直探触子を複
数個配置し、上記垂直探触子と丸棒鋼との間に水
を充満し、水柱を形成するように構成した超音波
探触子装置において、各々の垂直探触子の水柱内
での超音波干渉を抑えるために、各垂直探触子間
に支切板を設けたことを特徴とする超音波探触子
装置。
