転パルス逓降器とを設け、同回転パルス逓降器は
上記パルス逓降設定器、基準マーク検出器および
回転パルス検出器の出力信号を入力して、基準パ
ルスを基点に、その後入力する回転パルスからパ
ルス数を逓降したパルスを出力し、このパルスを
前記回転パルス信号の代りに一方を回転速度カウ
ンタおよび位相差パルスフリツプフロツプへ、他
