Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンロツドと、ピストンと、該ピストンが
摺動自在に嵌入されるシリンダチユーブと、該シ
リンダチユーブの底部を封止するボトムカバーと
を備え、前記ピストンロツドにおけるピストンの
シリンダ底部側に螺合された止ナツトにより該ピ
ストンをピストンロツドに固定すると共に、前記
シリンダチユーブの周壁とボトムカバーの環状壁
部との両対向端部を、シリンダ内に圧油を供給し
た時にシリンダチユーブに発生する応力が最も小
さくなる箇所の付近で溶接により固着し、且つ前
記環状壁部のシリンダ底部側の端部内面に環状溝
を形成して、ボトムカバーの底壁部を該環状溝よ
りシリンダ内方に隆起させてなる油圧シリンダに
おいて、 前記シリンダチユーブの周壁の肉厚とボトムカ
バーの環状壁部の肉厚とを同一にしてその両者の
溶接部に裏当て金を装着すると共に、前記ピスト
ンのシリンダ底部側の端面が、シリンダチユーブ
の溶接部近傍であつて且つ溶接による熱歪の生じ
ていない部位のシリンダ底部側の端部に位置して
いる時に、該端面とボトムカバーの底壁部内端面
との間の寸法が前記止ナツトの幅と略同一寸法と
なるように前記ボトムカバーの底壁部をシリンダ
内方に隆起させたことを特徴とする油圧シリンダ
。
