取付孔に係着する脚部分とを備え、脚部分がフラ
ンジ部分下面に垂設される軸体と、該軸体の下端

係止脚片の中央部に、上端縁側が開口するスリツ
トを形成して、該各係止脚片を夫々縦方向に２分
割し、各係止脚片の分割片部を、スリツトを介し
て個々に撓ませるように構成したことを特徴とす
