Claims (1)
- 流体圧シリンダのエンドキヤツプとピストンと
の対向面の一方に嵌入穴を、他方にその嵌入穴に
嵌入可能な嵌入突部を夫々設け、その嵌入穴の穴
入口近くの内周面に環状溝を設け、その環状溝に
環状のクツシヨンパツキンを径方向とシリンダ軸
線方向とに夫々移動自在に嵌装してある流体圧シ
リンダのクツシヨン装置において、上記環状溝の
穴入口側の側壁に内周面から溝底迄の深さでかつ
クツシヨンパツキンの厚みより大きい幅を有する
複数の切欠溝を夫々側壁の両側を連通させるよう
に設け、上記クツシヨンパツキンの外周面にはク
ツシヨンパツキンの両側を連通させる複数の凹溝
をクツシヨンパツキンが上記側壁に当接した状態
で上記切欠溝にまつすぐ連通するように設けて成
ることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダのクツシヨン
装置。
