造において、中圧蒸気室の一部を構成した中圧ダ
ミー環に対応するロータからなる中圧ダミー部の
ロータ径を小径化し、該中圧ダミー環部分をその
隣接する高圧ダミー環に全て代用させて、高圧ダ
ミー環の中圧部寄り端部と中圧ダミー部との間隙
で中圧段落入口部及びその近傍のロータを冷却す
る冷却用蒸気導入通路を形成すると共に、スラス
トバランス上、上記中圧ダミー部に対応し少なく
ともそのロータ径以上の径を有する小径低圧ダミ
ー部を、高圧部に配置し中圧段落の平均直径と概
略等しい径を有する大径低圧ダミー部の高圧排気
側に一体的に設けて2段構造とし、これら大径及
び小径低圧ダミー部に対応する低圧ダミー環の段
差部分の内周囲に高圧排気流出用ポケツトを設け
、このポケツトと上記冷却用蒸気導入通路とを高
圧排気連絡配管で連結し、かつ、中圧蒸気室を覆
う中圧内車室を廃したことを特徴とする蒸気ター
ビンの車室構造。
