つけたもの、Ｂ図は頭部の受圧面を凹面にしたも
のを示す図、第３図は、第１図においてスクリユ
ーと押出ロツドとを一緒に後退させた状態を示す
縦断面図、第４図は、第１図において、押出ロツ
ドをランナ部まで押し出した状態を示す縦断面図
である。第５図は、射出成形機を模式化して示し
、射出時の圧力損失の実測値を線図で示した説明
用図である。第６図及び第７図は従来例であり、
第６図は射出シリンダを別に設けた射出成形機の

Claims (1)
- インラインスクリユー式射出成形機において、
スクリユーの軸心に明けた挿通孔に摺動可能に押
出ロツドを設け、該押出ロツドの頭部の外径を前
記スクリユーに明けた挿通孔の孔径よりも大きく
し、前記スクリユーを往復動させる第１シリンダ
と前記押出ロツドを往復動させる第２シリンダを
設けた射出成形機。
