Claims (1)
- 加熱筒内に挿入し回転往復動可能なスクリユの
先端に螺合したスクリユヘツドの小径部に、加熱
筒の外周面に摺接させるようリングバルブを遊嵌
し、前記スクリユヘツドに、前記リングバルブと
前記小径部との間に形成される間隙を該スクリユ
ヘツドの前方に連通させるようにした溝を複数設
け、前記リングバルブを前記小径部に連接する前
・後段差面の間で前記スクリユと相対変位させて
樹脂流路を開閉するようにした射出成形機の逆流
防止装置において、前記前段差面に接続する前記
各溝のスクリユ回転方向側となる立壁縁部に、ス
クリユ回転方向に傾斜するテーパ面を形成したこ
とを特徴とする射出成形機の逆流防止装置。
