ｂ，ｃは成形手順を説明するための型の縦断面図
、第３図は粘土成形体の抜き出しを説明するため
の斜視図、第４図ａ及びｂは鬼瓦を夫々後方及び
前方から見た斜視図、第５図は屋根における鬼瓦
部分の縦断面図である。第６図は本考案とは別の
改良案として考えられる型を示す斜視図、第７図
乃至第１０図は従来例を示し、第７図は第５図相
当図、第８図は第４図ａ相当図、第９図は成形手
順を説明するための鬼瓦の分解斜視図、第１０図
は型を示す縦断面図である。 図中、１１は鬼瓦、１２は第１の型、１３は成
形凹部、１４は第２の型、１５は主体部、１６は
成形凸部、１６ａは根元部である。

Claims (1)
- 前面板部の下縁部を除く周側縁部から後方へ向
く側枠部を有すると共にこの側枠部後縁部から内
側へ向く後枠部を有した鬼瓦を粘土からプレス成
形するものであつて、鬼瓦の全体的外形形状を与
える浅底な成形凹部を有する第１の型と、主体部
の下面に根元部を幅狭とした成形凸部を有して成
りプレス時に該成形凸部を前記第１の型の成形凹
部内に進入させる該第２の型とを具備し、前記成
形凸部を周側方向のうちの一方向へ抜きテーパ状
に形成して成る鬼瓦の成形装置。
