- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ (a) 吸水性ポリマーを封入した内袋と、該
内袋を収容した外袋とからなり、 (b) 内袋が疎水性フイルムからなる疎水部と
吸水性ポリマーをこぼさない密度と強度を有する
親水性材料からなる親水部とを有し、 (c) 外袋が、内袋の疎水部に対応する部位で
あつて水を通す疎水性材料からなる通水部と、内
袋の親水部に対応する部位であつて、親水性材料
を内面に疎水性材料を外面にして積層した基部と
を有してなる 保温保冷材。 ２ 内袋の片面が疎水部、他面が親水部であり、
外袋の片面が通水部、他面が基部である請求項１
