部に外部から戻り流を本体内のフイルター上部の
空間へ戻す吸入管を接続し、また円筒部に本体内
のフイルター下部の空間をポンプの吸入ポート側
へ連通する流出管を接続し、前記吸入管からの流
体の流れ方向に突起を形成するとともにこの突起
によつて分けられた左右両側の流体を円筒部の内
周に沿つて流すガイドを形成した遮蔽部材を前記
本体内に設け、前記本体の真ん中を中心として前
記遮蔽部材と反対側にフイルターの上部へ突出す
る案内部材を設け、この案内部材に弁部材を上下
方向に移動可能に案内し、弁部材を上方へ付勢す
るスプリングを設け、前記弁部材にはこの弁部材
が下降した時にフイルター上部の空間内の流体を
案内部材の上部より流入し、フイルター下部の空
間へ流す連絡通路を形成したことを特徴とするリ
