ー本体を固着するミラーボデーと、該ミラーボデ
ーを傾動可能に支持するパワーユニツトと、該防
眩ミラーの鏡面が露出するように防眩ミラー本体
、ミラーボデー及びパワーユニツトを覆うミラー
ハウジングとを備える防眩ミラーにおいて、 前記防眩ミラー本体の外周部分が嵌合されるス
トツパーが設けられたミラーボデーと、 該ストツパーに嵌合した防眩ミラー本体及びミ
ラーボデーの外周部分を挾み込んで固着する弾性
材料から成る枠と、 前記枠をミラーボデーに固定する様に覆つて嵌
合又は接着されると共に、表面に美的処理が施こ
された化粧枠とを備えることを特徴とする防眩ミ
