図中、１０は冷却用ノズル、１１はヘツダ、１
３は均圧室、１５は均圧孔、１６はノズル部、２
０はノズル孔、２１は仕切板、Ｓ１はノズル孔近
傍のスリツト幅、Ｓ２は冷却液流出口のスリツト
幅である。
