において、対空気形の前記利用側コイル4を通る
空気流路中の風下側に補助コイル7を並設して、
減圧器3と利用側コイル4とを接続する第2液管
12の途中に減圧及び流量の制御が可能な可逆流
形の第1電動弁8を介設する一方、補助コイル7
の一方のコイル端部を、減圧及び流量の制御が可
能な可逆流形の第2電動弁9を介して、前記第2
液管12における減圧器3と第1電動弁8との間
の部分に分岐接続すると共に、他方のコイル端部
を第3液管13によつて熱源側コイル2と減圧器
3とを接続する第1液管11に分岐接続し、さら
に利用側コイル4と四路切換弁5とを接続するガ
ス管14と前記第3液管13との途中に切換弁装
置10を介設せしめて、該切換弁装置10の切換
え操作によつて、利用側コイル4と補助コイル7
とを、四路切換弁5と前記第1液管11とに対し
