Claims (1)
- シヤフトの一端に当該シヤフトよりも直径が大
きく且つ当該シヤフトの進退方向における寸法が
異なるストツパ部材を着脱可能に設けたシヤフト
の他端を固定した第１ピストンをシリンダ内にお
いて所定のストローク内で摺動可能に配設すると
ともに、前記シヤフトの外周側で摺動可能に配設
され且つ前記ストツパ部材との係止部を内周側に
有するピストンロツドを固定した第２のピストン
を前記シリンダ内において前記ストツパ部材によ
り設定されたストローク内で摺動可能に配設した
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
