線を、その光軸に交差して直列に配置する複数の
集光レンズにより集光し、この集光レンズと集光
点間の光路に回転ミラーを設置して被加工物に照
射するレーザ光線を走査するレーザ加工光学系に
おいて、この被加工物に近い位置に配置する集光
レンズを回転ミラーの回転運動のタイミングをみ
てこの光軸に沿つた方向に移動可能にする機構を
形成してなり、回転ミラーにより走査するレーザ
光線の被加工物における集光点軌跡を水平面にほ
ぼ沿つて形成することを特徴とするレーザ加工光
