るタイマースイツチ６と、本体１を始動するスタ
ートスイツチ７と、タイマー工程中及びパンの製
造工程中の全ての動作を停止させて本体１を始動
する以前の状態へ戻す切りスイツチ８とを夫々本
体１に設け、パン容器３内でパン生地を練り、発
酵させ、かつ、焼成する一連のパン製造工程を自
動的に行うものにおいて、タイマー工程中及びパ
ンの製造工程中に前記切りスイツチ８を複数回操
作した時にのみ操作が効力を発揮するプログラム
を前記の制御回路９に設けたことを特徴とする自
