Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and work man-hour, and improve quality by mounting a spacer, for fixing a connector in a fixed position against a printed wiring substrate, in a cabinet body through the printed wiring substrate. CONSTITUTION:One spacer 9 is provided so that the positioning of a card edge connector 1 and a printed wiring substrate 3 can be achieved without error and it can be fixed to a lower cabinet 4. For this purpose, for example, ribs 9d for positioning a spacer 6 in the printed wiring substrate 3, engagingly stopping claws 9b for temporary fixing it nearly U-shaped ribs 9a for positioning of the connector 1, and a boss 9c for fixing it with screws are integrally molded on both ends of the spacer 9. ためのボスを一体に成形し、印刷配線基板にスペーサを
挿入した後にコネクターを挿入してコネクターの端子を
印刷配線基板に半田付し下キャビネットに装着した状態
で下キャビネットより印刷配線基板を介してスペーサを
ビス止め出来る様にしたものである。

ーサ9を位置決めするためのリブ9dと印刷配線基板3

固定出来る様にした係止用ツメ9bとビス止め用のポス
9Cを設はスペーサ9を下キャビネット4に設けたボス
4bに印刷配線基板3を介してビス1Cにて固定出来る
様に構成したことである。

した後でさらに下キャビネット4の底面側よシ下キャビ
ネットに設けたボス4bと印刷配線基板3を介してスペ
ーサ9のボス9Cによってビス10によりビス止めする
事により、拡張用カートリッジ8を挿抜する時に発生す
る印刷配線基板3のたわみを防止出来るものである。
