Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable dust sticking to an optical disk medium to be easily eliminated by providing an air blow-off window to a laser incidence and emission surface. CONSTITUTION:An optical disk head 1 emits a light on the optical disk medium from the laser incidence and emission window 5 of a cap 4 on the optical disk head 1 through an objective lens 2 and makes incident a light from the optical disk medium and executes the recording/reproduction of data. Then, a duct 11 connected to a head mount sends the air (a direction C) passed through a rail 10 into a duct 12 and sends the air from the air blow-off window 6 through a duct 3 connected to the duct 12 when the head mount moves to an arrow direction A and B while sliding. Thus, the dust sticking to the optical disk medium can be easily eliminated.

た塵を容易に取り除くことができるようになるため、情
報読出し時の誤りを小さくすることができるという効果
がある。
