Claims (1)
- 清浄域と連接する汚染区域の開放部に、内部に
フイルター、送風機、エアー吹出ノズル等のエア
ーシヤワー装置を装備し且つ汚染区域と清浄域に
面する両面に夫々開閉できる出入口を有する可動
式洗浄室を設置すると共にその周囲の開放部を適
宜の仕切材で閉塞して成る汚染区域の遮蔽装置。
