Abstract

PURPOSE:To always insert a slave device correctly by providing projections to a part faced to the battery lid of equipment main body and one side of the battery lid, providing a groove to the other side, and causing both to be fitted in only when the battery lid is mounted in a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:First, a charging type battery 3 is inserted into a battery storing part 2 of the slave device, a battery lid 18 is put on it, and the lid 18 is turned. Then, the storing part 2 and lid 18 are locked by a bayonet construction. In such a condition, a groove 19 of the lid 18 is formed beforehand so that a side in which its groove width is wider is made into an inserting side to a master device. When a slave device 1 is inserted into a slave device storing part 14 of a master device 13, the groove 19 is guided by a projection 20, proceeds and is fitted in. Here, when the lid 18 is not correctly fitted, since the groove 19 and projection 20 are not fitted in well, the slave device cannot be inserted. When the slave device is inserted into the storing part the right side left, the projection 20 is abutted to the bottom surface or side surface of the slave device, and the slave device cannot be inserted. Consequently, a user can recognize that the lid is not correctly mounted or that the inserting direction of the slave device is wrong.

In order to charge the rechargeable battery 3 of the handset 1, the handset 1 is inserted into the handset housing 14 provided in the base unit 13, as shown in FIG. By inserting the charging terminal 1 of the handset 1
The rechargeable battery 3 in the handset 1 is charged when the charging terminal 15 provided in the handset housing 14 of the handset 130 comes into contact with the main phone 130. In addition, a spare rechargeable battery is always being charged or fully charged in the battery compartment 16 of the base unit 13, and the rechargeable battery 3 of the slave unit 1 is inserted into the battery compartment 14. When you don't have time to charge the battery, replace it with a spare rechargeable battery. Note that 17 is a battery cover on the main unit side.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the cordless telephone configured as described above, when inserting the handset into the handset housing of the base unit, the handset must be inserted in the opposite direction as shown in FIG. If the charging terminals of the base unit and slave unit do not contact each other and the unit does not charge, or if the battery cover is not properly attached (not shown), the slave unit may not be placed in the slave unit compartment. There was a problem that even if the battery was inserted, it would not charge and people would mistake it for a malfunction.

Then, the battery storage section 2 and the battery i18 are locked by the bayonet structure described above. In this locked state, the groove 19 of the battery cover 18 is formed in advance so that the wider side of the groove is on the insertion side into the parent unit. When the handset 1 is inserted into the handset accommodating portion 14 of the base unit 13 in this locked state, the groove 19 advances while guiding the protrusion 20 and the two are engaged, as shown in FIG. Here, if the battery cover 18 is not attached correctly, the groove 19 of the battery cover 18 will not fit well with the protrusion 20 of the slave unit housing part 14, and the slave unit will not be able to be inserted. Furthermore, when attempting to insert the handset into the handset housing with the handset reversed left and right, the protrusion 20 comes into contact with the bottom or side surface of the handset, making it impossible to insert the handset. Therefore, the user can recognize that the battery cover 18 is not attached correctly or that the handset is inserted in the wrong direction. In addition, even if the battery M18 is installed at a position slightly shifted from the normal lock position, the groove 19 of the battery cover 18 is configured to have a wide groove width on the side where it is inserted into the base unit, so the tip of the projection 20 (this As mentioned above, the width of the protrusion at the tip is narrower than that at the rear (
Since the battery M18 is easily guided into the groove 19 and advances, any slight mounting misalignment of the battery M18 can be corrected to the correct mounting position as the handset advances, which is very convenient. . Furthermore, if the coins are configured to be able to fit into the groove 19 of the battery cover 18, the battery cover can be easily attached.

In this embodiment, a groove 19 is provided in the battery cover 18 of the handset 1,
Although the protrusion 20 is provided in the handset housing 14 of the base unit 13, a protrusion may be provided on the battery cover and a groove may be provided in the handset housing 14 to engage with the projection. In this case, the protrusion on the battery cover should be narrower at the end so that the width on the side where it is inserted into the base unit is narrower, and the groove in the child unit housing should also be narrower at the end so that the width on the entrance side is wider. The above-mentioned effects can be achieved if the film is formed in a large size.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a device body that uses a rechargeable battery as a power source and is constructed so that the rechargeable battery can be replaced, and a groove or protrusion is provided on the battery cover of the rechargeable battery. A charger equipped with a storage part into which the main body of the device can be attached is provided with a protrusion or groove that engages with the groove or protrusion, and the battery cover is attached at a predetermined position with respect to the battery storage part. Since the groove and the protrusion are configured so that they only engage with each other, when inserting the main body of the device into the storage section provided on the charger, the battery cover must be placed almost completely in its normal position. It also prevents the device from being inserted in the wrong direction, and prevents the problem of the device's rechargeable battery not being charged even though the device is inserted into the charger compartment. The effects are significant.
