Claims (1)
- イオン銃本体と、該イオン銃本体の外側に設け
られ側壁に少くとも３つのねじ穴が形成された外
周リングと、前記ねじ穴に螺合し前記イオン銃本
体を支持し、かつ、前記イオン銃本体の位置を調
整するボルトと、該ボルトに螺合し該ボルトを前
記外周リングに固定するナツトとを有するイオン
銃において、前記ボルトの少くとも１つは外周と
内周にねじ山が形成されたシリンダと、該シリン
ダ外周のねじ山に螺合し前記シリンダを前記外周
リングに固定するナツトと、前記シリンダ内部に
前記シリンダの内壁に摺接して外周リング側に位
置し前記シリンダ外側で前記シリンダ外径よりも
大きいボルト頭が形成されたボルトとイオン銃本
体側に位置し外周にねじ山が形成され前記シリン
ダ内周のねじ山と螺合するボルトの２つに分割さ
れたボルトと、前記２つに分割されたボルト間を
連結するスプリングと、前記イオン銃本体側のボ
ルトのねじ山に螺合し前記イオン銃本体側のボル
トの位置を調整するナツトとを有することを特徴
とするイオン銃。
