Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable wetting water to be used in both cases where the quantity of ink is large, and where it is small by supplying water to a plate cylinder through a watering roller when ink consumption is large, and supplying wetting water squeezed out to the plate cylinder through an ink leveling-off roller and an inking roller when ink consumption is small.
