Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize a residential space by providing a space smaller than the residential space at a position except for a landing floor side getting on/off gate, and making a structure for stopping a car so as to face to this space. CONSTITUTION: Plural small chambers 11A-11D opposite to a car 8 are provided along a hoistway 4. These small chambers 11A-11D are used for housing, for example, in the case of carrying in/out a baggage into/from the small chamber 11A of the first floor in the residential space 2A of the first floor, the car 8 is called, and a landing floor door 6 and a car door 10 are opened for entrance into the car 8, and a door 15 of an opening part 14 of a front side and a door 13 of the carrying in/out port 12 are opened. In this condition, since a floor of the chamber 11A, a floor of the car and a floor of the first floor and formed flush with each other, the baggage is carried into the small chamber 11A of the first floor from the residential space 2A of the first floor through the inside of the car 8. At this stage, the car 8 is utilized as a passage to the small chamber 11A. As a result, each residential space can be widened by the space of the small chambers.

In order to eliminate this kind of danger, even if the call button 16 on the 1st floor entrance/exit 5 side is pressed during operation using the dedicated operation panel 18 in the passenger compartment 8, the call circuit will be opened and the call will not be activated. In addition to configuring a control circuit (not shown) that does not respond to the current situation, there is also a control circuit (not shown) that indicates that dedicated operation is in progress above the floor-side entrance/exit 5, for example near the floor indicator 22, in order to distinguish it from a malfunction. It is sufficient to provide a display device 23, such as a voice display using voice synthesis or an image display using light, to display the presence of a person in the vehicle compartment only when a call is received or during dedicated operation.

As mentioned above, when the user is in the small room, the passenger seat 8 is on the floor, so the elevator equipment of a third party cannot be used during that time. In order to eliminate such inconvenience, a control panel 20 is provided in each of the small rooms 11A to 11D, and when the work in the small room becomes long, the user can operate the control panel 20 to control the small room 11. All you have to do is close the door 13, cancel the exclusive operation, and return the passenger car and 8 to normal operation. Even after the passenger car 8 returns to normal operation, if there is a call from the operation panel 20 in the small room 11, the passenger car 8 moves to the small room 11 where the call was made, lands on the floor, and is used. Persons can board the passenger car and 8.

Each of the above embodiments (Figs. 1 to 5 and 6 to 8)
In order to actively avoid installing storage in the living space, the small rooms 11A to IID and 25°26 were arranged vertically along the hoistway 4, and accessed from the passenger compartment 8. However, if the small rooms 11A to 11D do not require a large room and you want a space where you can store small items, you can use the space created between the ceiling 3 and the floor F as shown in Figure 9. An even smaller small room 27 may be formed in the shaft 4, and this small room 27 may be opened to face the car 8 in the hoistway 4 so that small items can be carried in and out from inside the car 8. In the case shown in the figure, since the space between the ceiling 3 and the floor F on the side where the first floor door 6 is installed is used, small items can be carried in and out from the small room 27 using the first and eighth baskets. This can be done by opening and closing the door 10. Therefore, there is no need to provide a special opening in the seat 8 for carrying in and out small items. In this way, it takes time to carry small items in and out because the space under the ceiling has to be used and the carriage 8 is used to carry small items in and out. When used to store items, it has a theft prevention effect.
