を気密導出させるケーブル導出部を設けると共に
、前記イオン電極のケーブル接続端部側を保護す
るキヤツプを、前記ホルダー本体に取り外し可能
に気密連結し、かつ、ホルダー内部に対する加圧
ガス供給用のガス供給部を前記ホルダー本体また
は前記保護キヤツプに設けてあることを特徴とす
