Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the nonconformity of winding by providing a detecting means for detecting the nonconformity in winding a sheet of paper on a rotatable tension arm which gives tension to the sheet of paper being wound onto a paper take-up means. CONSTITUTION:A tension means tor giving an upwardly tensile force is provided on a tension arm 6 and further, detectors 10, 11 for detecting the end position 6a thereof is installed. In this structure, when the breakage of a sheet of paper occurred during the conveyance of the sheet of paper, a take-up shaft 7 is rotated in the B direction after detecting that the tension arm 6 is placed in a position 6a and, if the tension arm 6 remains in the position 6a after a certain time elapsed, judgment is formed to be the breakage of the sheet of paper and the device is stopped.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a paper, 2 is a tractor, and a sprocket hole of the paper 1 is engaged with a pin 2a of the tractor 2. 3 is the print head,
4 is a platen, which enables printing on the paper 1 by a serial dot impact method. Further, 5 is a guide pin for the paper l, 6 is a tension arm, and the paper l is guided to this guide bin 5, further guided to the tip of the tension arm 6 having a rotation center 6-1, and then guided to the winding axis. It has a structure that can be wound up into 7 pieces.
