Abstract

PURPOSE:To expand the target or the captioned device to the supply of all veneers and promote the rationalization and automation of processes by forming a main body mechanism with a rectangular adsorbing head, a porous adsorbing board, and a liftable shielding board. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular adsorbing head 2 is lowered to the topmost face of stacked veneers 1 and the apex part of a porous adsorbing board 3 which is built therein and the bottom part of a liftable shielding board 4 are brought into contact with the topmost face of the stacked veneers 1. Then, as the adsorption of the veneer 1a is started by means of the suction force acting on the rectangular adsorbing head 2, the front part and rear part in the direction of fiber are upwardly bent in a V-form so as to be along the adsorbing face of the porous adsorbing board 3 while pushing up the liftable shielding board 4 which is movably installed on the outer peripheral part of the head 2. At the time when the veneer 1a is bent, the gap toward a veneer 16 on the second site of the stacking is rapidly opened because of the retaining action of the apex part and the rigidity of the veneer and its adsorbing force is completely removed due to air flowing into between layers from both end edges, also effecting the separating action of two-sheet adsorption.

VS> Problems to be Solved by the Invention The automatic veneer veneer supply device according to the above-mentioned prior art first sucks one side of the veneer veneers in a flat stacked state, and then absorbs the veneer veneers flush with each other. In order to take advantage of the rigidity in the fiber direction, one side is vibrated diagonally upward, and when the topmost veneer veneer of the pile is pushed and bent diagonally upward all at once, the next two veneer veneers are attracted. The rigidity of the board in the direction of its fibers was used to remove the two-ply adhesion that occurs during the initial adhesion, but this type of veneer veneer remains flat and stacked. Even if the two sheets are adsorbed flush in the first stage and then pushed and bent diagonally upward at the same time in the next step to separate the two sheets, the state of adhesion between the two sheets has already been reached in the first step. Since it has already been completed, the peeling operation of the two-sheet adsorption process is due to the vacuum effect and lacks positive action, which many people have been used to.

Therefore, the present invention does not adsorb this type of veneer veneer that has been stacked flat from the beginning in a flush position as it is, but at the time of initial adsorption from stacking, the front and rear portions of the veneer are drawn upwardly in the fiber direction. The suction head and its suction surface have been improved so that the diagonal pressing and bending of the sheet acts as a V-shaped suction effect, and the peeling effect of the two-sheet suction is effective from the initial suction stage to both front and rear edges. It functions by allowing air to flow between the layers.

(E) Function The two-ply suction peeling action in the automatic veneer supply device equipped with the rectangular suction head, porous suction plate, and lifting shield plate of the present invention is the operation illustrated in FIGS. 4A to 4C. This is automatically carried out as shown in the explanatory diagram, and in other words, in the present invention, a rectangular suction head is drawn onto the top surface of the stacked veneer veneer 1 by the downward movement of an operating mechanism such as a robot (not shown). 2 descends, and the top of the porous suction plate 3 and the bottom of the up/down shielding plate 4 installed in the rectangular suction head 2 come into contact with the top surface of the stacked veneer veneer 1 (FIG. 4A).
. Next, when the suction force acting on the rectangular suction head 2 starts suctioning the topmost veneer veneer 1a,
The front and rear parts in the fiber direction are pushed up while pushing up the elevation shielding plate 4 loosely installed on the outer periphery along the suction surface of the porous suction plate 3, which is formed into a gentle V shape in the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the fiber direction. and are each pressed upward into a V shape. Then, during this pressing and bending, the next layer of veneer veneer 1b deposited is:
Due to the holding action of the V-shaped top that is the lowest part of the porous suction plate 3 and the rigidity in the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 1b itself, the moment leaks from the upper veneer veneer 1a at both end edges. Although the veneer veneer 1b is slightly lifted up by the adsorption force, the adsorption force is completely cut off by the air that flows between the layers from both edges as it is rapidly opened, and the veneer veneer 1b returns to its flat state on the pile. A separation operation for two-sheet adsorption is also performed at this time (Figure 4B). The suction veneer veneer 1a separated into individual sheets as described above is moved from stacking to production line by the lifting operation (Fig. 4C) by the operating mechanism of the rectangular suction head 2 and subsequent movement in the horizontal direction. The process of supplying the product to the top and automatically taking it out is repeated over and over again.

Eb, leaving a space where no suction force acts at all over a length of at least 150 to 200 m, that is, the suction force is not applied to both the front and rear edges of the veneer veneer 1a, and the central part thereof. Only the vicinity can be adsorbed from the top surface, and the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 1a (arrow Fr)
The left and right edges Ej! , Er, a rectangular suction head 2 is installed on an operating mechanism 5 such as a robot so as to be able to suction the entire area from above. In addition, the rectangular suction head 2 is equipped with a suction device such as a fan or a blower at the intake port 6.
The suction power of the suction device is turned on and off.
The device is configured so that suction and desorption of the veneer veneer 1a are alternately and automatically performed by controlling the device. Next, an up-and-down shielding plate 4 is integrally installed on the outer periphery of the rectangular suction head 2 so as to be able to move up and down. The lowest part (top part) of the porous adsorption plate 3 is formed in a V shape with a gentle head of about 5 to 10M between the top part (top part) and the highest part (both sides).
The suction veneer veneer veneer 1a adsorbed by the porous adsorption plate 3 rises in one body from the vicinity to the highest part (both sides) by the pressing and bending action, and a stable suction force is exerted on the adsorption veneer veneer 1a from beginning to end. It is possible to use the equipment. Furthermore, the rectangular suction head 2 is operated based on instructions from a separately equipped control device such as a computer so that vertical movement operations and horizontal movement operations are performed alternately by an operating mechanism 5 such as a robot. For example, a device is installed on a production line in the direction of take-out indicated by an arrow so that the suction veneer veneer 1a can be taken out automatically.

((f) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has the advantage that, at the time of initial adsorption from deposition, upward oblique pushing and bending at the front and rear parts in the fiber direction acts as a V-shaped adsorption action. In addition, the suction head and its suction surface have been improved so that the effective peeling action of two-layer suction works by allowing air to flow between the layers on both front and rear edges from the initial suction stage. In the prior art, one side of the veneer veneer, which is initially stacked flat, is adsorbed flush, and then one side is vibrated diagonally upward to take advantage of the rigidity of the veneer veneer in the fiber direction. This problem was caused by the two-ply adsorption peeling device that presses and bends the topmost plywood veneer diagonally upward at the same time.In the first stage, the two-ply veneer is adsorbed flush, and then in the next step, the two-ply plywood is separated. Even if you press and bend the sheets diagonally upward all at once for operation, the two sheets are already in close contact at the initial stage.
The peeling operation of the two-sheet adsorption is not only able to completely eliminate the lack of positive action that many people were accustomed to due to the vacuum effect, but also the device of the present invention can handle plywood veneers, both thick and thin. It can also be applied to square or rectangular veneer veneers using almost the same mechanism.
It was possible to expand the scope of supply to the supply of veneer veneers of almost all materials used in the plywood manufacturing process, and significantly promote rationalization and automation of the process.
