速機入力軸を回転自在に保持すると共に一方向ク
ラツチを介して前記トルクコンバータのステータ
に連結された中空のリアクシヨン軸と、このリア
クシヨン軸の外周に一体的に嵌着されると共に変
速機ケースに固定されるリアクシヨンサポートと
、前記変速機入力軸に連結され且つ複数組の摩擦
係合要素及びラビニヨ型遊星歯車装置を有する歯
車変速装置とを具えた自動変速機において、油圧
供給源に接続して圧油が供給される油圧供給通路
を前記リアクシヨンサポートに穿設し、この油圧
供給通路の途中に穿設された分岐通路に連通する
油圧連通路を前記リアクシヨン軸に穿設し、この
油圧連通路を介して前記油圧供給通路からの圧油
が供給されると共にこの圧油を前記歯車変速装置
に分配供給する油圧分配通路を前記変速機入力軸
に穿設し、前記分岐通路よりも下流の前記油圧供
給通路に前記摩擦係合要素の一部に前記圧油を供
給するための潤滑冷却通路を連通させ、この潤滑
冷却通路と前記分岐通路との間の前記油圧供給通
路に絞りを設けたことを特徴とする自動変速機の
