Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スキヤナの一端にはすべり軸受を配置し、
該すべり軸受が本体に設けたガイドロツド上を摺
動する走査型光学系のスキヤナにおいて、ガイド
ロツドを摺動するすべり軸受の両側に潤滑油を含
浸した清掃・潤滑油供給部材を配置し、すべり軸
受と清掃・潤滑油供給部材を覆うように密閉用ブ
ラケツトを取付けたことを特徴とする走査型光学
系のスキヤナ。 (2) 上記清掃・潤滑油供給部材が軟質発泡ポリ
ウレタンよりなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の走査型光学系のスキヤナ
。 (3) 上記清掃・潤滑油供給部材及び密閉用ブラ
ケツトが上記ガイドロツドを挾持するように分割
されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の走査型光学系のスキヤナ。
