へ傾斜して延びる外方側環状フランジとからなり
、両内外環状フランジが所定の間隔を隔てて設け
られると共に、外方側環状フランジが端部開口部
の外側端部に対応し、また内方側環状フランジが
端部開口部の内側端部に対応する位置に配設され
